Welcome to the police station where the corrupted and non-corrupted cops spend their days at 'work'. The corrupted cops can often be seen lazing around, taking one of the squad cars out of a ride, or be turning their back on a crime. The cops that work against them are often spotted hunched over their desks, writing reports, or just thinking. This is corruption headquarters.

Right smack dab in the middle of Arkadia is warehouse 69. The warehouse used to be the nicest one for miles around. Now its in ruins. Its now the site for meetings between rival mobsters and, often, very bloody fights. The electricity and pluming stopped working a while back and almost every surface is stained with blood and covered in bullet holes.

The Blackwater Housing Development was the first homes to be build in Arkadia. They are also the last standing. Many of them are run down and unfit to live in, but there are still enough for the citizens left. Most of the homes are two story, with a few single levels. They all have the necessary kitchen, living room, backyard, one to two bathrooms, and two to four bedrooms.

Balboa Theater used to be home to some of the best plays around. People would come from miles away to come and see a play being preformed. Now you can occasionally catch a black and white being shown. Many mob meetings can be seen taking place in the back of the theater more often then not.

Welcome to the Red Light District of Arkadia. Sadly, it is probably the most used and the nicest area you can find. Milling around on the corners as scantly clad women and hidden in the shadows are their pimps. Lining the streets are shops you wouldn't, and couldn't, see anywhere else.

Studio Apartments is the only apartment building in Arkadia. Most of them are in pretty good shape. About three fourths of them are good enough to live in. All of the apartments have a small balcony, small kitchen, living area, one bathroom, and one or two rooms.

The cemetery rests right against the edge of the city. Since the city was founded, every single resident has been buried there. Every since the city died though the dead have stopped being laid to rest. Now the cemetery is just a spooky place that most people stay away from.
